There's a lot of information in the forums on the CEFX website. I haven't built my C12 yet but I'm impressed with how much good stuff comes with the kit (lots of titanium, good tires and body).
Niftech makes a really good alignment tool for 1/12th scale cars. It works well for setting toe and camber, plus it can be used to set the rear axle spacing (the wheels must be equidistant from the car centerline).
