The front and rear differentials use a PLASTIC RING GEAR, that also has the diff cup built into it. The spider gears are metal, no idea what the differential pinion is. Forget putting brushless into this.
In my opinion this is a vehicle that is probably ok overall and great for small kids to get into the hobby with, but not something you can grow with.
