Best way is to CA glue the fan to the double sided tape and stick the tape to the chassis. This is better than the fan mount as it doesn't bounce around. Distributor for WTF fans gave me the advice and haven't broken one since

the fan does not have a screw in it for a mount, and it does work . . .
