He posted the same set of rules clarifications on the 1/10th pan car forum here on RCTech. On rcracing.com he later said he had decided to run 1/12th "as it appears on the flyer" which says 4 cell. That was on March 30. I haven't seen that statement anywhere else. The rules update I referred to in my last post was made yesterday on the USPCC forum, so I would think that supercedes his March 30 statement. So the way I read it, it's 6 cells.
If you look at the pictures of the track, it is a gas track with wide lanes and lots of straight. Six cells will surely be faster than 4.
