Unfortunately, I no longer have any of those setups around.
From what I can remember, low roll centers (no spacers under toe blocks), yoke pink or blue fronts, blue rears. 3k rear diff, spoil or 2.5mil front diff. E front blocks, think e in rear with whatever blocks give you 2.5 deg Rear toe. This was on get carpet, so keep that in mind.
