Proposed Schedule for the weekend:

Friday:
Track Prep will start at approx 7.30am
Open practice from 9am onwards until 2pm.
Controlled Practice from 2pm until 5pm.
Track closed at 5pm. NO further track time for anyone during the night.
Tech Inspections for all drivers will be available to save time of Sat morning.

Saturday:
Track Prep from 6.30am
Controlled practice by class from 8am
Drivers Briefing 9.00
Qualifying from 9.30 SHARP - 4 rounds - regrade after 2 completed rounds
Track closed at 5pm

Sunday:
Track Prep from 6.30am
Qualifying from 8:45am (approx) - last round (5 in total)
Finals (3 finals for all - finals must have at least 3 entrants to run)

Rules to be noted

Body for TC classes
No min/max height rule of body
Total length of body on car 460mm (inc wing)
Total width of 195mm
Must have headlights/taillights
Wing side profile (side dams) must not exceed 40mmx20mm and mounted directly on the body wing pylons

Motors for TC classes
TC1 (mod) must be an approved motor (ROAR/BRCA/IFMAR/AARCMCC) but will not be pulled apart
TC2/3 must be approved motor and will be checked, if your motor cannot be easily checked (stator/rotor) you will need to present it disassembled and then reassemble it infront of the inspectors.
No limits on motors, but you can only check in 2 before the event

Lipos
25 amp max charge rate
must be charged in lipo sack
must not exceed 8.4v (+/- 0.04v) on the club's meter
IT IS the RESPONSIBILITY of the racer to make sure their charger's reading matches the club's meter prior to the event commencing. Racers will NOT be allowed onto the track if their voltage exceeds this level. Continued breach of this rule will result in the racer being DQ'd from the event and asked to leave the club premises.

AARCMCC MM 17.5 Control off-road motor.
