Some pointers that concern me:

1)

grinding of rear driveshafts st02 to remove binding

2)

When mounting the bulkheads and motormount to the chassis, please use a reamer to make a very small chamfer on the small holes. The Pins on the bulkhead have a very small radius from milling, without the chamfer this radius might have contact with the chassis before the bulkhead is screwed fully tight and may not sit properly.

3)
Fitment issues with outdrive st23 pin02 and b106 bearing on the diff. grinding of some material from the b106 bearing is the solution.

Some modifications is ok ,but these problems are the one i really would like to avoid..
Is this problems from the past, or are people still modifying these areas on new kits ?
all of these items were work arounds for bad part runs. these bad fitting parts have been eliminated and anyone w/ them have had replacements sent.
