They are in the process of adding a covered pit area to NControl. Don't know that it will be done by the EOS though. For the nationals, it should be in place though. However, I am sure we can accommodate the out of towners without issue for this race. I know I have space under my EZ up and can bring an extra table and chair if need be. I am sure there are others like this as well.
I would suggest to the out of towners to buddy up with a Texas racer for the EOS, I am sure you all know at least a few guys that you can reach out to.
