hello, as the F1 cars dont have any toe-in its allways very difficult to keep them straight under braking.
You can try to use a higher "brake frequency" i.e. 64hz on your ESC, this makes for a softer engage of the brake and can help avoid to spin the car. In general you can only use very little brake with a F1 car.
