In these type of designs I just use a rat-tail( circular) file and slightly open each hole on the a-arms until the ball and cup can literally just slide in. That frees the ball up. Then I just glue the cup to the arms and put the oring on just for added security although not necessary.
When you need to change them out just use a little debonder on them to remove the ca.

On your ride ht .? The axle inserts that came in the kit should lower your ride height to the setting you need. If its not exactly the same amount just try it and adjust higher or lower depending on what you need from you're testing
