I was just peaking at the tekno website and they have a common question section with this question included. I found a list of parts needed according to tekno.
With that and those comparison pics Cain posted I know what I need now.
Now, its just wether I want to go with 12mm or 17mm at this point and I think 17mm seems to be the more durable options.
