That motor for 1/8 scale only. Most track not allowed to run 1/8 scale motor for Short course track. Get the latest hobbywing combo motor and ESC XR10 or orionr10.1 pair with 4.0T 550 2pole motor. It's a beast motor i've been running this combo very smooth.
