Running the 3660 motor will make the truck have an over abundantly right side weight bias that will unbalance the chassis and force you to run more preload on the springs on the right side of the truck to keep things leveled out. Besides, it's completely unnecessary to run anything more than a 540 4 pole on the super light SCTE platform.
Also the new 3652 G2 motor has now been ROAR approved making your truck completely legal for such events.
And yes, a 15t pinion will be a perfect starting point with that motor.
