Does it make the car handle better if you use the short cup and have the spring collar lower on the shock body threads as opposed to using a longer cup and having the collar higher on the threads?
I'm asking cause when I switched to the Yatabe springs they were shorter so I just switched to the taller cups instead of screwing the collars down.
zero performance effect. It's just to achieve proper ride height on various surfaces/spring lengths.
