Implementation of a new spec tire may not happen until the 2017 Finals
That would really suck, ...go into the finals using a tire you may not have been using all year long. ...w/ the M class tires are 1/2 the battle. (well maybe 20% of the battle, ...shocks, good driving and plenty of other factors).
