Swaybar should pull up on the opposite side when suspension compresses and put less pressure on the outside wheel. The progressive springs would just get stiffer on one side and increase pressure.
I am not sure, I understand what you say. A swaybar adds roll stiffness which could be accomplished by stiffer springs also. I cant see how a progressive spring would have different force distribution effect than adding a sway bar to soft springs.
