He's referring to the fragile nature of the SLA parts.

If you have any experience with SLA, you know it breaks if you look at it the wrong way. Much different than 3D printed with ABS or PLA.

To actually shoot the parts in a clear resin, you'd need to know that on the front end of the tool design, the shrink rates between nylon 6, ABS, and polycarb (clear) are different. The shrink rate of the material is taken into consideration before the metal tool (mold)is cut.

All you RC Tech engineers should know this.
