I am running B6 steering blocks, or more precisely, everything except the arms. The front C-hubs are 5 or 6mm taller on the B5. The B6 front axle is also 1mm longer than the B5, so you can't tighten the B5 axle or the bearings lock up.
I originally tried to find the right combination of shock spacers and 3mm x 1mm shims to make it happen, but it was too hillbilly for my taste and I would surely loose it if I had to change it between race heats.
So to do it correctly, you need:
B6 steering blocks
B6 C-hubs
B6 aluminium front axles
AE Factory team or Shelle B6 hat bushings.
The end result is better and the fit is so perfect with the FT hat bushings that there is zero slop in the kingpin bolts. I still run my B6 as my main car now, but I'm glad I did the B5 upgrade.
