The B5M ball cups don't get any slop for nearly a year. I'm changing mine over this week, as I can't even measure the front camber at this point. My ball cups lasted 3 weeks on the B6.
Good suggestion and cheap to try out - I think I have some in stock, so it's worth a try at least for the front end.
