Nanotech 6000mah are great batteries! Last long and even performence. They are cheap and got nice weight transfer that might help your cornering.
If you are racing stock you want to charge you batteries with a balancer and should charge it to 8.4Volt. As your peak performence will be at 8.4V and a cool motor, you should get your fastest laps the first 2 or 3 laps and then it will heat up and loose some speed.
