You`re right. It was quite ok for the first club race.
I was able to get about 4 Minutes of practicing some laps before the qualifying startet. No chance to get a feeling for the car. But at least i didn`t feel lost.
i`m running 10.5t with 87/21 and 30° bossted plus 20° turbo which has plenty of torque and more than enough topspeed for that small track.
There is so much rear traction with the saddle pack setup, actually i was permanently searching for on power steering.
Unfortunately the car feels and is heavy with the Orion carbon 100C 5800mAh saddles when you jump.
Or better said: when you land on the flat parts of the track.
I really didn`t like it that way.
The solution for me seems to convert it to shorty now.
Especially because i just had to charge back 1400mAh after 7 minutes race duration. No need to carry around 5800 mAh in Batteries!
While looking for a light setup, my choice of battery is the Orion Ultra XSS 110C 3200mAh which makes it loose 164g of battery weight. Maybe to wiring can be reduced some more, which will help again.
i`m excited to see that change...
