Jim for the MTS pick a medium hard spring for the front, say green or orange ones, for the rear the softest ones you can find like the whites. Outdoors on the pave track, I ran it once or twice with really stiff bladders and full rebound and no springs on the back. Rc version of a nitrogen spring shock....lol
