For ESC I personally use the hobbywing V3.1 ESC and it works well. For motor that will depend on your power needs, at this time I use an 8.5T. You may want to check at your local track to see what is common as well as what you are comfortable with speed wise. I am entertaining picking up a 13.5 or the indoor racing here.

As for a direct fit servo, if I recall correctly I am using the savox SC1258TG servo. The only servos you really have to watch for are those with fatter dimensions than the servo I mentioned as they won't fit correctly and can space the servo horn in an odd angle. I tried to get one of futabas newer high power servos to fit but it was just too fat.
