Thank you. I tried look on the first page and it has some information about this but it doesn't seem to relate to the pills that are included with the kit.
I found a video on youtube with how to adjust toe and bump but nothing about the pills.
I hope they reposed back to you. I feel that's the one area that I am just lost on
