My local hobby shop thinks the diff problem I had was due to the fact that I used the wrong diff rebuild kit. I used the MIP rebuild kit for the b5M. The hobby shop said it was for the puck system. While I was rebuilding the diff I observed that one of the thrust washer was not flat unlike the stock one. Hopefully this is the culprit. I change the thrust washer to a flat one. ..so both sides now are flat. Will see once I run it at the track this weekend. Also had to change to a stiffer spring setup from green rears to white then from white front to grey.
