The B6D manual says to put the hub in the 0 position (all the way down) which is 0 insert "up". It's also the standard B5 height.
The manual shows 0 but the setup sheet in the back of the manual shows +1, there is a couple other discrepancies between the setup sheet and the step by step part of the manual
