Glad you got it working for you. In our indoor asphalt track, car lacks overall grip as well. Been 6 months and I still don't have a baseline setup :-(.
Did more testing on the car made a Lil more changes now it's getting more like the feel of my 14'... problem with the car on outdoor asphalt track is roll. It doesn't roll like the old car due to lower center of gravity. I lower the roll center 2mm to give it more roll to generate mechanical grip when cornering, - 2degree camber.

Pulled the suspension blocks out of my 14'
