3x2.1 are for really bumpy and rough tracks. You have to go much thicker on oils. I suggest 700cst front and 750cst rear. I only tried them one time and didn't like them, but that's because I was at 600 / 650.

The bigger holes / less # should have more dampening but less pack. I wouldn't run anything other than kit pistons unless you're on a seriously rough track.
