For setup, I would run a 1/2 dot rear and a 3/4 dot front. Also here is the setup I have been running below for a starting point at least. Car makes good traction, could probably use a little more steering but it has been solid everywhere I have run.
It took me way too long to realize you meant 1 or 2 dot rears with 3 or 4 dot fronts and not half dot rears and three-quarter dot rears..
