I think that the Servo Saver Arm offset and the spacing will not work as the servo as mounted in the MBX7 Buggies is different (the offset angle is greater in the RC8B3 series). Plus the Ackerman plate needs to be mounted on the top instead of below. Perhaps maybe someone has toyed with it already, yet I have not had much problem out of the stock Mugen one, on either Buggy or Truggy.
