750cst is the recommended oil for a front 2x1.6 piston setup on carpet.
60WT AE oil is 800cst
55WT AE oil is 725cst
Ideally you would want an AE 57.5WT but they don't make that, so I would use the AE 55WT as a substitution for the recommended 750cst oil.
