I didnt like it. So far the only car I like the square in is the sc5m. Otherwise the car just feels heavy and sluggish. If you have a buddy that has one you can try for a few laps, cool. do it.
I don't have a square pack but have tried a saddle pack which is the same size. I prefer the shorty as the ability to shift it forward or back is more of a tuning advantage than the added weight of the big pack.
