Well the V2 case did not fix issue. Can anyone shed a light on this issue? A friend said there was a running parts change but I can't find any part numbers. Almost ready to sell this thing and find another brand.
Don't sell it! When converting the B5 to the B5M, the only part you need is the V1 tranny case and everything will work. Part #91530. If you want to use the included V2 case you'd need to get a new top shaft and bearings which is more expensive.

If you contact AE and explain that your conversion kit came with the wrong transmission case (mine did as well), they might send you one free of charge.
