Reducing anti-squat does 4 basic things
1) Increases rear-end squat, on-throttle (less on-throttle steering)
2) Increases weight shift to the front of the buggy, off-throttle (better off-throttle steering)
3) Reduces rear-end roll resistance, which gives more rear traction / less steering, in the corners
4) Should be more stable on a bumpy track
(edit: and technically, the buggy SHOULD jump more nose down...(I think) but I'm not typically paying attention to that when I play with A.S.)
