Have you tried a 3mm nut to see if one end is indeed a normal right hand thread ?

You have a picture of the turnbuckle ?
If it's indeed threaded is should at least have either right hand or left hand threads…..ideally one of each though

Yes i tried an m3 nut. It doesn't work but the m3 nut will work on other rod ends that does not have this problem
