That is correct. You cannot use buggy tires on those rims. If your local track allows you to run buggy tires and rims, It won't matter. But if you ever compete in any ROAR sanctioned events, or just run into typical track rules, then you will not be allowed to use buggy tires and rims and will have to have the specific SC types I linked.
