30+ race days for me = two front bulkheads (more commonly called the top plate on other cars but Yoke labels it as that) and a rear arm. The cars don't even really slop out that bad - I still have the gull-wing front arms I put on it after it's second race day, original rear hub carriers, etc. and I only race carpet/turf.
