Loctite 200 - good bond, softest joint
3M Super 77 - good bond, soft/med joint
DAP Contact cement - good bond, med/hard joint
CA - best bond, but hard bumpy joint

I switched to the Loctite 200 adhesive and have been happy with it. I'd use the 3M Super 77 as well. Just follow the instructions for the 'permanent' bond. Use the glue very sparingly and it'll work great.
