Your servo is moving during the course of a run? I've never heard of anyone's servo coming loose that wasn't properly and securely tightened to the chassis. Are you sure you don't have a stripped servo horn? I only run with aluminum servo horns.
it's tight
the holes on the servo, most any servo, are biggerin diameter than the 3mm screw that goes in to mount it, thus is moves sometimes with a hit on a pipe or another car
