I think I'll pass, and just stick with the stock 414M center-shaft, with the upper motor-mount screw removed (to give room for the spur-holder).
I use the 414m spur gear holder. Tighten the set screw into the hole where the pin goes. Works perfect. And I highly recommend installing all 3 screws in the motor plate
