Just don't look at adding weight different places. Most problems can fixed by changing shock setup for the balance front to rear and camber link adjustment for the cornering ability.
Square pack is going to add more weight bias toward the front vs a shorty which is easily balanced with spring rate and shock positions. Take your truck and just drop it on a level surface and watch difference between the front and rear rebound speed. It's likely the rear of the truck is coming back up quicker than the front. If the rear is slapping then the rear oil is too light for the added weight of the square pack and this will cause the truck to endo as well. One trick is to record it with your phone, most phones now have a slow motion option so you can really see what's going on.
