Well my lightly used BD7 '13 chassis is tweaked. On the left rear it's 0.4 mm and right front is 0.2 mm. I'm kinda scratching my head as to why this has occurred. I haven't hit anything hard and I've only broken a front left hub carrier.
When you tightened the top deck down did you do it on a flat surface with something like this pushing down on the shock towers ??

you don't need anything this fancy, but I always make sure I am pushing down on the shock towers as I tighten it up. If you don't, just the tension on the front belts can cause the chassis to twist.
Edit: I always check this after every run regardless if I hit anything or not, as on the yokomo there is some play in the topdeck holes to allow it to be aligned without any tweak.
