Well I'm about to venture into some 1/12 scale onroad racing. Been a 1/12 scale oval guy for many-many years, but this will my first attempt at turning both ways. I picked up a nice R5.2.so any base line setup pointers would be greatly appreciated. Track is from what I can tell relatively new so grip level is between lose- med. Any help would be great.

I'm assuming you're the same Scotty I think you are...
Grip has started to come up on the track. On my RC12 I was running blue center spring, silver side springs, 10k in the damper tubes, I think 40wt in the shock. It was just a bit loose with gray/graylow tires towards the end of the race. Now that the traction has come up and running green/blue I think it would be right where it should be.
