I ran a 1258 in mine for quite a while with no problems. I think the drive train can over-power the servo under heavy cornering conditions though. My son has been running much more powerful servos with a bit more speed (Protek 150S for example) and I really like how his truck feels in regards to the steering.
Hmmm interesting. My last one I damaged by landing hard on the nose. This track had a rhythm section, that throws you 6-7' high. Small landing area, not very forgiving. I crashed alot one practice day, before I got the hang of it. It was hard on the truck.
