I have been running the lipo across the chassis, have tried it inline but felt the car lost the rear end more easily. Running the lipo across the chassis I can push in and out of the corner, I have loads of steering and corner speed is very high.
This makes the most sense to me so far. Inline~ more stable less overall traction. Transverse- more weight transfer, more overall traction. Chose one that makes sense for the conditions you run in.
