The pills are simple once you understand the numbers.
Lets take 0-h2 for an example. In any given circumstance the car is in the "0" OR the "h2" setting and it refers only to anti squat.
With the front of the pin in the low position the cars anti squat is 0 degrees.
With the front of the pin in the High position, (h) its anti squat is 2 degrees.
Just think of the "h" as High pin and no "h", low pin.
