The C hubs were put correct. but in the end he preffered the rack upside down so left it lol.

What ever Coelho did it seems to me he understand the way ARS works.
On a low grip track the ARS can give you mid corner grip.
On a high bite track with the ARS angled from mid high to the steering blocks low it give the rear a bit of steering and the car is less pushing, result in more corner speed and on throttle more bite thanks to lower front tyre temp.
Try to imagine what the geometry do.
I can not guarantee that you always getting better lap times but this is how it works.
