My lite was on rails on the first run. My kit only had a right turnbuckle and no left (on the notch oriented pieces). And I broke the screw going into the hex, now looking into replacements.
I had the same problem with my hex...found out the smaller screw shouldn't be torqued much at all and a little locktite will do the trick.
