Heavily sharpie a piece of paper or surface and then quickly dab the insert onto the marker spot, using it like an ink pad. The marker dries quickly, so you'll need to be fast and probably have to make a couple of "marker patches" do get them all done. If you use the right amount of pressure you'll highlight the numbers only.
