Unless it's really cold out, I'd go with Sorex 36.
Usually parking lot tracks are more forgiving than an indoor carpet track with hard barriers, so I'd probably just buy Schumacher Sorex premounts. Either Red insert or Yellow insert. If rim breakage became an issue then I'd build my own using sweep "unbreakable" nylon rims.

In open tire racing, using anything other than Sorex is typically a waste of time and money. Muchmore are okay, but their rims are the absolute worst.
